Sold by Hildir, the Ranger Belt is a mid game upgrade to the Meginjord. When equipped, it grants the "Ranger" effect.

+100 carry weight
-15% run stamina usage
-15% jump stamina usage
-40% swim stamina usage
+25% swim speed
-20% sneak stamina usage
+15 sneak skill
