Tired of gold coins taking up valuable inventory slots while adventuring? Coin Purse HUD adds a dedicated, lightweight coin pocket directly inside your Valheim inventory HUD. It automatically intercepts picked-up coins, manages your balance, and integrates flawlessly with game mechanics.

Features

• 💾 Character Bound Saves: Automatically saves and loads your gold amount safely inside your character's .fms file via Valheim's internal custom data structure.

Installation

With Mod Manager (Recommended)

1. Open your preferred Thunderstore mod manager (e.g., r2modman or Thunderstore Mod Manager).
2. Search for Coin Purse HUD and click Install.
3. Launch the game via the mod manager.

Manual Installation

1. Ensure you have BepInExPack Valheim installed.
2. Download the mod .zip archive and extract it.
3. Move the ValheimCoinPurse.dll file into your Valheim/BepInEx/plugins/ directory.
4. Start the game.

Configuration

You can easily tweak the mod settings live while playing. Press F1 to open the BepInEx Configuration Manager and look for the Coin Purse HUD section to adjust:

• X Position / Y Position: Move the visual anchor precisely where you want it on your inventory screen.
• Text Color: Change the hex or native color of the coin counter.
• Drag Amount: Modify the maximum number of coins you pull out per click (defaults to a stack of 100).

Compatibility

• Optimized for Valheim version 0.221.12 (Ashlands / Bog Witch era).
• Fully client-side! Your friends do not need the mod installed if you play on a multiplayer server (though they might wonder where your coin stacks went!).
