Compatibility patch for Steelhammer Essentials and Dynamic Storage Piles. Fixes storage pile visuals after closing containers.

Adds two dedicated Coin Pouch slots to the Steelhammer Essentials equipment-slot experience. The two slots accept Coins and support normal stacking, drag-and-drop, and save/load persistence. Equipment slot labels are in English.

Dynamic Storage Piles 0.8.1 with the seven IngotStacks integrated directly, including current Flametal visuals and custom pile behaviour.
