Installation

1. Install BepInEx and Jötunn.
2. Place Valkryn.dll in BepInEx/plugins/ (or a subfolder).
3. Launch the game once — the config file is created automatically.
4. Edit BepInEx/config/com.mrkode.valkryn.cfg or use ConfigurationManager (F1).

Also available via ThunderStore / r2modman.

Configuration

• Main file: BepInEx/config/com.mrkode.valkryn.cfg
• Each [Section] becomes a category in ConfigurationManager (F1 → VALKRYN).
• Language: set General → Language to English or Portuguese for in-game labels and messages.
• No in-game settings UI. The only optional overlay is the clock below the minimap.
• Defaults are mostly enabled; disable what you don't want.

Features

Resources

Multiplies new resource drops (does not affect items already on the ground).

Production

Speeds up smelters, kilns, forges, windmills, looms, and eitr refinery; fermenters; beehives and sap collectors; cooking (keeps vanilla burn window). Increases ore/fuel queue capacity.

Refueling

Shift+E on a smelter fills ore or fuel in one go. Area key refuels nearby smelters and fireplaces (configurable radius).

World

Planted crops and trees grow faster.

Inventory

Larger stacks for stackable items. Smart Deposit (K / Shift+K) sends items to matching nearby chests. Equipment, hotbar, and favorites stay protected.

Tools

Building hammer does not lose durability. Optional: hoe and cultivator protected too.

Player

Actions cost half stamina. Optional: keep inventory and equipment on death, no tombstone (food and hard-death skill penalties remain vanilla).

Loot

Enemy loot drops immediately on death, without waiting for the body to despawn.

Repairs

Repairs damaged gear when opening a compatible crafting station.

Mining

One hit can damage other parts of the same rock formation (25%, 50%, or 100%). Optional: extra durability cost per additional part.

Clock

Shows world day/time and/or local PC time below the minimap (12h or 24h format).

Farming

Single, line, or grid planting with valid/invalid preview. Seed cycling via keys (no popup). Save profile (F5) and replant (F6). Optional: auto-replant on harvest, seeds from nearby chests, configurable biome rules.

AutoLoot / AutoPickup / Filters

Temporarily disabled in 1.0.1 due to pickup bugs. Config toggles remain in ConfigurationManager but have no effect. Manual/vanilla pickup still works.

Building

Building costs no stamina.

Portals

Portal network with multiple destinations. E on a portal opens an in-game config popup (name, destination, favorites). Hover shows name, destination, and configure hint. JSON file remains the save format. Transport modes: vanilla, any item, or custom list. Optional bidirectional links.

QuickInteraction

Contextual Shift+E: deposit to chest, replant farm, open portal config.

Extra notes

• Favorites: Alt+click toggles favorite; protected from Smart Deposit. Saved in com.mrkode.valkryn.favorites.txt.
• Portals: configure in-game with E on a portal, or edit com.mrkode.valkryn.portals.json directly.
• Sort inventory: reserved option in .cfg (no UI button).
• Compatibility: Smart Deposit auto-disables if AzuAutoStore is installed.

Multiplica drops de recursos novos (não afecta itens que já estão no chão).

Produção

Acelera smelters, kilns, forjas, moinhos, tear e refinaria de eitr; fermentadores; colmeias e colectores de seiva; cozinha (mantém a janela vanilla de queima). Aumenta a fila de ore/fuel.

Abastecimento

Shift+E numa fornalha enche ore ou fuel de uma vez. Tecla de área reabastece fornalhas e lareiras próximas (raio configurável).

Mundo

Plantas e árvores plantadas crescem mais depressa.

Inventário

Stacks maiores para itens que já empilham. Smart Deposit (K / Shift+K) envia itens para baús compatíveis no raio. Equipamento, hotbar e favoritos ficam protegidos.

Ferramentas

Martelo de construir não perde durabilidade. Opcional: enxada e cultivador também protegidos.

Jogador

Acções custam metade da stamina. Opcional: manter inventário e equipamento na morte, sem tombstone (comida e penalidades de skills em hard death permanecem vanilla).

Loot

Loot de inimigos cai logo ao morrer, sem esperar o corpo desaparecer.

Reparos

Repara equipamento danificado ao abrir uma estação de crafting compatível.

Mineração

Um golpe pode danificar outras partes da mesma formação rochosa (25%, 50% ou 100%). Opcional: gastar durabilidade extra por parte adicional.

Relógio

Mostra dia e hora do mundo e/ou hora local do PC abaixo do minimapa (formato 12h ou 24h).

Farming

Plantio em single, linha ou grade com preview de posições válidas. Ciclo de sementes por teclas (sem popup). Guardar perfil (F5) e replantar (F6). Opcional: auto-replant ao colher, sementes de baús próximos, restrições de bioma configuráveis.

AutoLoot / AutoPickup / Filtros

Temporariamente desactivado na 1.0.1 devido a bugs de pickup. Os toggles no ConfigurationManager permanecem visíveis mas não têm efeito. Pickup manual/vanilla continua a funcionar.

Building

Construir não gasta stamina.

Portals

Rede de portais com múltiplos destinos. E num portal abre popup in-game (nome, destino, favoritos). Hover mostra nome, destino e dica de configurar. O JSON continua a ser o formato de gravação. Modos de transporte: vanilla, qualquer item, ou lista custom. Conexões bidireccionais opcionais.

QuickInteraction

Shift+E contextual: depositar no baú, replantar farm, abrir config de portal.

Notas extra

• Favoritos: Alt+clique num item marca/desmarca; protegidos do Smart Deposit. Guardados em com.mrkode.valkryn.favorites.txt.
• Portais: configure in-game com E no portal, ou edite com.mrkode.valkryn.portals.json directamente.
• Organizar inventário: opção reservada no .cfg (sem botão UI).
• Compatibilidade: Smart Deposit desactiva-se automaticamente se AzuAutoStore estiver instalado.
