


This is a very small mod that allows monsters, including your pets and tames, to have a chance to level up when killing other monsters.
Why would I use this mod?
Configuration is extremely simple.
This set of configs control the main behaviour of the mod. You can set the max level, base level up chance for creatures, additional variance for differences in level, and bonuses if they kill a stronger creature. You can also set a blacklist of creatures that can never level up, and a list of creatures that guarantee a levelup if killed.
These configs are similar to the general settings, but are special values for creatures that you mark as 'strong' such as biome minibosses. This ensures that, on average, you can make stronger creatures need to score more kills before levelling up.
These configs are also similar to the general settings, but are special values for creatures in your faction that you tamed or summoned. This allows you to disable the feature for tames if you find it too powerful.
Assuming max level is 3, base level up chance is 25%, and bonus chance is 25%:
Some creatures are not affected by this mod. This includes the player character and all creatures marked as a boss.
