Jewels&Essence expands Valheim's native infused weapons with six gemstone-and-essence combinations for Ashlands and Deep North equipment.

Infusion families

• Thundrvarg — Iolite + Thunderblood
• Bloodgale — Bloodstone + Thunderblood
• Stormvein — Jade + Thunderblood
• Rimewrath — Iolite + Frostfire
• Helfrost — Bloodstone + Frostfire
• Winterwild — Jade + Frostfire

Craft upgrades from the existing, actual infused parent weapon and use the matching gemstones, essences, and tier-appropriate upgrade resources. Each resulting weapon retains the parent weapon's appearance.

Compatibility

• Requires BepInEx and Jötunn.
• The original plugin GUID is intentionally preserved: horizoncreativeworks.universalweaponinfusions. This avoids introducing a second plugin identity during the rename.
• Existing item prefab identifiers and the underlying infusion mechanics are unchanged from v1.0.0.
• The internal DLL filename remains UniversalWeaponInfusions.dll for compatibility; the displayed BepInEx plugin name is now Jewels&Essence.

Installation

Install this ZIP as a local mod in your Valheim mod manager, or copy the BepInEx folder into your Valheim profile. Remove/disable the previous UniversalWeaponInfusions package first to avoid loading duplicate versions. Keep server and clients on the same version.

Icon

The new icon is a high-detail reconstruction of the original recognizable three-gem motif: red/fire on the left, blue/lightning at the top, green/energy on the right and dark metal claws. It is not a lossless restoration of the low-resolution original. The 1254×1254 reconstructed source is included in artwork/JewelsAndEssence-Sharp-Master.png. Thunderstore's 256×256 listing icon is created from that source.
