Crafting Storage Compatibility

MultiCraft and Balrond's Improve tab can ignore materials in nearby chests. This plugin connects them to AzuCraftyBoxes storage.

Fixes

  • MultiCraft counts chest resources when determining how many items can be crafted.
  • Balrond Improve checks and consumes materials from supported nearby storage.
  • Improve shows required / available material counts.

Client-side: install on each player's modded client. Not needed on the dedicated server.

Required mods / tested versions

Package Version
BepInExPack Valheim 5.4.2351
AzuCraftyBoxes 1.8.19
MultiCraft 1.5.0
balrond_runeforging 1.0.3
EpicLoot 0.14.13

All five are required and declared in the manifest. Tested in an existing modded multiplayer profile; the current client runs Valheim 1.0.16. Other mod versions are not verified. Dependency declarations do not prevent later updates.

Setup / compatibility

Enable AzuCraftyBoxes and configure its range and storage restrictions. Do not run CraftFromChests alongside this setup. Existing crafting costs and Improve rules remain in their original mods.

EpicLoot enchanting-table storage is provided by AzuCraftyBoxes, not by a new table patch here. Allow the table in Azumatt.AzuCraftyBoxes.yml (piece_enchantingtable → exclude: []) if it is excluded. This package does not overwrite your configs.

If an expected mod method changes, this plugin removes its own patches and logs the initialization failure. ReforgedPotential compatibility is not covered.

Install / remove

Install through r2modman or place the DLL in BepInEx/plugins. Restart the client. Remove any older local copy first; keep only one MultiCraftAzuCompatibility.dll. Uninstalling restores the original mod behavior.

Unofficial compatibility plugin by negroni. Source included. No third-party DLLs bundled.
