Guide to Get in the Rally Point Modded Server

Step by step guide on installing the ModPack

1. Download the official Thunderstore Mod Manager here
2. Install the downloaded file.
3. In the Game Selection menu, look for Valheim (it is alphabetically ordered so it should be somewhere in the very bottom).
4. Hover on it and click - Set as default
5. In the Profile Selection menu, click on Create New with a pick a name of your choice.
6. In the left side panel of the Mod Manager window, click on Online and search for TheRallyPoint using the search bar which is in the Top-Center portion of the window.
7. Once the mods are installed, contact patgagnon#4290 or Björn#3019 for the server details.

Adding the Fast Link file guide

1. Open your Thunderstore Mod Manager and open the profile you made on the step-by-step guide above.
2. In the left side panel of the Mod Manager window. click on Settings.
3. Once you're in the Settings view, click on Browse profile folder and that should open an explorer window which you can check on your taskbar.
4. In the opened explorer window there should be a folder named BepInEx, open that folder and open the folder named config.
5. Copy and paste the file provided by patgagnon#4290 or Björn#3019 to the config folder.
6. Once that's done you're set to click on Start Modded which is on the Top-Left center of the mod manager window.
7. After you opened the game there should be a UI that says Fast Link on the screen, click on RP NA East Modded and create a new character that you want to use in the server.

FAQs

• Why do I have to create a new character?

In order to keep things inside the server, characters are saved on the server. This is to prevent Item Loss whenever your game crashed. Characters will be carried over to the next season, keeping the skills but with fresh inventory.

• I'm using mods for QoL and the server kicks me out when I try to play, what do I do?

In that instance, contact Björn#3019 and he'll check if the mod is indeed a QoL and not a cheat mod. He fast and can add your favorite mod when its helpful for the community!

• Oh no, I can't seem to make Mod Manager thing works, what do I do?

Well, patgagnon#4290 or Björn#3019 will be happy to assist you whenever they are available. It only takes a mention and a serpent stew.

• Oh no, I'm having trouble with the mods installed, what do I do?

Well, Björn#3019 is your guy for mod configurations. It only takes a mention and a your soul.
