The Reef's creature levels: stars per bosses defeated (up to five, shown in the nameplate), bigger creatures per star, elemental infusions (name, tint, damage). Replaces the creature part of CLLC. Server and clients.Changelog

- First build. Star roll per world level on the owning client (CLLC Medium tables,
Maximum starscap), stars beyond two in the nameplate, size per star, elemental infusions (name, tint, on-hit conversion, Spirit heal, Poison/Chaos death burst). Health and damage per star vanilla. Reads CLLC's creature fields, never writes them. Valheim 1.0.x, Jötunn 2.30.0,NotEnforced. - Not yet proven on the bench (restart 74 planned, docs/reeflevels-v0.md §6).
