ReefPortals
The Reef's build of Cross Server Portals Continued (GPL-3): portals that carry you to another server. Adds a 4th tag field with the destination's password so private servers link without a prompt. Source in the zip. Please note that the install buttons only work if you have compatible client software installed, such as the Thunderstore Mod Manager. Otherwise use the zip download links instead.
