StarTrophies introduces dynamic star-level trophies for 1-star (★) and 2-star (★★) creatures in Valheim. Defeating powerful starred creatures now rewards trophies that feature authentic in-game LevelEffects shader coloring, custom scale multipliers on item stands and world drops, and scaled merchant value when trading with Haldor.

🌟 Key Features

• Authentic LevelEffects Shader Tints:

  • Trophies mirror the exact in-game star hues, saturations, and values of living creatures (Boars, Wolves, Fulings, Seekers, etc.).
  • Custom material clones ensure stars shine with original Viking prestige.

• Dynamic Scale Multipliers:

  • Star trophies are visibly larger and more imposing when placed on ItemStands (Wall & Horizontal stands) and dropped in the world.
  • Fully configurable scale multiplier per star rank (Default: 1.15x for 1-Star, 1.30x for 2-Star).

• Haldor Merchant Economy:

  • Star trophies are worth more coins when sold to Haldor the trader.
  • Default: 2.0x value for 1-Star, 3.0x value for 2-Star (configurable).

• 100% Native Multiplayer & ItemStand Sync:

  • Fully synchronized across multiplayer servers and clients.
  • Zero ghost trophies, zero animation looping, and clean stand removal.
  • Clean drop prefab binding ensures dropped items retain star tier.

The configuration file is automatically generated after launching the game with the mod installed at: BepInEx/config/org.bepinex.plugins.startrophies.cfg

📦 Installation

Automatic (Recommended)

1. Install via r2modman or Thunderstore Mod Manager.
2. Click Install with Mod Manager.

Manual Installation

1. Ensure you have installed BepInExPack Valheim and Jötunn, the Valheim Library.
2. Download and unzip StarTrophies.zip.
3. Place StarTrophies.dll into your Valheim/BepInEx/plugins/ folder.
4. Launch the game and enjoy!

Server Installation

• For dedicated servers: Install the mod on the server and all connecting clients so all players can see star trophies and synchronized item stands.
