InventoryLimit

InventoryLimit is an add-on for SeneaL UI 1.1.6. It adds one host-synchronized slider for the size of the main inventory, from 10 to 64 slots in steps of 1. The default is 32.

SeneaL UI remains responsible for the inventory interface and its special slots. InventoryLimit is not a standalone inventory mod and does not work without SeneaL UI.

What the limit includes

• The limit covers the main inventory grid, including its eight hotbar cells.
• Food, armor, action, key, wallet, quiver, and other special SeneaL UI slots are excluded.
• While the add-on is active, it overrides the effective Slots and MaxSlots values used by SeneaL UI for the main inventory.

Safe inventory shrinking

When the limit is reduced, items outside the new range are moved into free cells within it. Items already inside the range keep their positions, stacks are not merged, and items are not dropped.

If the inventory contains more occupied cells than the selected limit, it temporarily remains large enough to hold them. For example, selecting 10 with 14 occupied stacks keeps 14 cells available; after four stacks are moved elsewhere, the inventory contracts to the selected 10.

Multiplayer

The host's setting is synchronized to connected players. Every peer must have InventoryLimit installed and must use the same add-on version.

To change the limit, the host opens:

F1 → InventoryLimit → Inventory → Slots

Installation

Install SeneaL UI exactly version 1.1.6 and its required dependencies, then install InventoryLimit through your mod manager.

For an optional local installation, open Settings → Install local mod and select the InventoryLimit ZIP. Replace the previous installation when updating so that only one InventoryLimit DLL is present.

Compatibility

InventoryLimit supports SeneaL UI 1.1.6 only. With another SeneaL UI version, the add-on disables itself. Avoid combining it with another mod that also changes the size of the main inventory grid.
