Hearthbound Valheim Modpack
This is the official modpack for the Hearthbound Valheim community server by Taeguk Gamers.
What this modpack is for
- Casual-friendly comeback sessions
- Protected community builds
- Controlled progression and scalable challenge
- Quality-of-life for inventory, grouping, travel, and community content
Requirements
- Install and launch using Thunderstore Mod Manager or r2modman for Valheim.
Install (Players)
- Open Thunderstore Mod Manager / r2modman
- Select Valheim
- Create a new profile (recommended)
- Search for: Hearthbound Valheim Modpack
- Install the modpack
- Click Start modded
Important: You must launch the game via the mod manager to ensure all dependencies load.
Joining the server
- The server supports FastLink for easy connection from the in-game menu (no manual IP/password entry needed).
- Follow the server’s Discord #how-to-join instructions for the current server entry flow.
Notes on local characters
This server allows logging in with local characters. Recommendation: avoid importing end-game characters/items if you want the intended progression and community balance.
Troubleshooting
- If you get version/mod mismatch errors: update the modpack in your mod manager and relaunch modded.
- If the game won’t launch modded: verify Valheim is selected as the game and the profile installs cleanly.
- If joining fails: ensure both the modpack and all dependencies are installed/enabled.
