Mount stamina and speed tweaks, Lox saddlebags with a cart-like inventory (G), and Ironhauler: turn your Lox into a red-and-blue robot truck (F9).MountTweaks
Configurable stamina and speed for every rideable mount in Valheim (Lox, Asksvin and any modded creature that uses the vanilla saddle).
Features
- Max stamina multiplier (default x2)
- Stamina regen multiplier (default x1.5)
- Run / swim stamina drain multipliers (default x0.5, set 0 for infinite)
- Walk / run speed multipliers while ridden (default x1.25 / x1.5)
- Easy mount: press E anywhere on a saddled mount to ride it (vanilla requires aiming at the saddle). Shift+E still renames.
Ironhauler
Turn any tamed Lox into Ironhauler, a red-and-blue robot truck with a cab, grille, headlights, exhaust stacks and wheels. It rides like a Lox, plays the Lox animations and gets a small speed bonus (x1.2).
- F9: transform the Lox you ride (or the nearest tamed Lox) into Ironhauler and back.
- Ctrl+F9: spawn a tamed, saddled Lox in front of you (host / single player / server admins only).
Set
SpawnAsRobot = falseto spawn a normal Lox.
Robot form is stored on the creature, so every player with the mod sees it.
Saddlebags
Every tamed Lox wearing a saddle carries saddlebags with a cart-sized inventory (6x3, configurable).
- E on a bag opens it.
- G opens the bags of the Lox you ride, or the nearest one, even while riding.
- Items are saved on the Lox itself and drop to the ground if it dies.
All values and keys can be changed live with a config manager, or in
BepInEx/config/nicodiansk.MountTweaks.cfg.
Multiplayer
Movement and mount stamina are simulated by the rider's client, so the mod works for whoever has it installed. Install it on every player's client for a consistent experience.
Installation
Use r2modman / Thunderstore Mod Manager, or drop MountTweaks.dll into BepInEx/plugins.
