This mod adds a cooldown behaviour to boss summoning stones - preventing their reactivation until the cooldown expires.

Inspired by Detalhes' BossCooldowns, but with some more refined behaviour and fixes. (Perhaps we should merge the two).

Configuration allows specifying cooldowns in minutes, as well as customisable message to players during the cooldown.
