Combat Stamina Mod

Separate your stamina! Run freely, attack fearlessly.

This mod separates your stamina pool into two distinct bars:

1. Movement Stamina (Original Yellow Bar): Used for running, jumping, and swimming.
2. Combat Stamina (New Green Bar): Used exclusively for melee attacks, mining, and drawing bows.

⚔️ Why use this mod?

In vanilla Valheim, running to an enemy often leaves you with zero stamina to attack. With Combat Stamina Mod, your attack energy is stored in a separate "Green Bar." You can sprint into battle and still have a full bar ready to strike!

✨ Features

• Split Stamina System: Running no longer drains your ability to attack.
• Valheim-Style UI: The new bar features a custom design with gradients, segments, and a numeric display that perfectly matches the game's original art style.
• Smart Visibility: The combat bar automatically hides when full and out of combat to keep your screen clean.
• Bow Support: Drawing a bow correctly consumes Combat Stamina.
• Dynamic Scaling: Your Max Attack Stamina is always calculated as 80% of your total stamina (scales with food).

⚙️ Mechanics

1. The Green Bar (Combat)

• Used for: Swords, Axes, Pickaxes, and Bows.
• Regenerates independently when not attacking.

2. The Yellow Bar (Movement)

• Used for: Running, Jumping, Swimming.

3. Adrenaline Rush (Reserve System)

• If your Yellow Bar (Movement) runs out while running, you don't have to stop!
• The mod allows you to keep running by consuming your Green Bar instead.
• Penalty: Using Combat Stamina for running costs 3x more stamina than usual. Use it wisely!

Download with r2modman or Thunderstore Mod Manager.

Manual

1. Download and install BepInExPack Valheim.
2. Download this mod.
3. Extract the CombatStaminaMod.dll file.
4. Place it into your Valheim/BepInEx/plugins/ folder.
