VBLK 1.1.0

VBLK is a private, vanilla-minded Valheim quality-of-life pack. It reduces repetitive input and building friction without adding resource multipliers, weight discounts, unrestricted portals, craft-from-containers, automatic fueling, or other broad progression shortcuts.

Required installation method

1. In Thunderstore Mod Manager or r2modman, create a new Valheim profile named VBLK_1_1_0.
2. Install VBLK 1.1.0 into that empty profile.
3. Launch the game through the mod manager.

Do not update the old VBLK_server profile or install this pack over another modded profile. Thunderstore dependencies are additive: installing a modpack does not remove unrelated mods or stale configuration files, and it cannot prevent later client-side additions. A fresh profile supplies the supported clean baseline.

Included behavior

• ExtraSlots trades one flexible inventory row for progression-gated equipment, food, ammunition, miscellaneous, quick, and utility slots. Main-inventory row progression is disabled, quick slots are limited to two, slot weight remains vanilla, and throwables cannot use ammunition slots.
• Pathfinder retains dynamic visibility conditions with conservative base radii of 150 on land and 225 at sea, capped at 500.
• Better Wisps keeps a five-level, resource-gated Mistlands upgrade path.
• Advanced Terrain Modifiers keeps the precision and terrain-reset building tools with a maximum radius of 6.
• PlantEasily starts at one placement, can be adjusted up to ten concurrent placements, consumes stamina and durability, prevents invalid/overlapping placement, and leaves bulk harvest and automatic replant disabled.
• ComfyAutoRepair repairs eligible equipment only when the appropriate crafting station is used.
• QuickStackPlus searches within 5 metres and moves only items matching existing container contents. Smart Storage, player-inventory sorting, and permanent junk deletion shortcuts are disabled; the chest Sort button remains available.
• MissingPieces and MoreMissingPieces expand the building-piece selection. AAA Crafting supplies amount, search, favourites, and tracking conveniences without a crafting-speed override.

Useful controls

• F1: open Configuration Manager. It starts in keybind-only filtering mode.
• F8: enable or disable PlantEasily.
• F10: enable or disable PlantEasily snapping while retaining the rest of the mod.
• Right Ctrl + arrow keys: change PlantEasily rows and columns, subject to the ten-placement cap.
• P: Quick Stack to nearby matching containers.
• Alt + Z / Alt + X: ExtraSlots quick slots.

Configuration policy

The package supplies only intentionally changed defaults under BepInEx/config. Mods that support server synchronization treat the dedicated server as authoritative when connected. PlantEasily, Configuration Manager presentation, shortcuts, QuickStack blacklist, and other client-local preferences remain trusted-group settings and can be changed locally. QuickStack blacklists start empty for every player.

This package does not implement a plugin allowlist or anti-cheat system.

Client and server note

Do not copy this complete client pack blindly to a dedicated server. PlantEasily, ConfigurationManager, and ComfyAutoRepair are client-only for the planned deployment. The eventual server package will be assembled and tested separately.
