1.1.0

New

  • Co-Pilot sidecar: a second seat for a friend, with its own trunk, lamps, turn signal and headlight
  • Ejecto Seato: a button on the handlebar that launches your passenger skyward (they land fine)
  • Sidecar passengers come through portals with you
  • "ROW-1" Right-of-Way Assist bull bar: flattens trees and breaks rocks and ore at hare speed, about bronze-tool strength
  • Accessories bolt on from the hotbar and come off with Shift+E
  • Wards protect bolted-on parts: inside someone else's ward, only permitted players can unbolt them
  • Suspension: the scooter tilts with the ground, the wheels take the bumps, and it tips off ledges if you park it badly
  • A wrecked scooter drops half its materials plus everything in it and on it
  • It sounds like a machine now: hits spark and clunk, and a wreck goes out with a crash and one last sad horn meep
  • Server settings: speeds, health, prices and headlight range now come from the server, so admins decide

Improved

  • No more floating name and health bar over the scooter; the rider sees its health and charge on the riding panel
  • New molded lamps, and the brake lights look different from the tail lights
  • New bumpers and wheel-arch trim that actually fit the body
  • The driver's hands stay on the grips, and other players see it too
  • Capes stop flapping through the seat while you ride
  • Health is 400 (was 250) and the scooter heals itself slowly
  • Scooters far away are much cheaper to draw

Changed

  • Trampling needs the ROW-1 now. Your 1.0 scooter stops knocking trees down until you fit one.
  • The cg350_trample command and the Trample setting are gone
  • WalkSpeed and RunSpeed are now TortoiseSpeed and HareSpeed. Your old values carry over.
  • The scooter costs 6 bronze (was 4)
  • Everyone on a server needs 1.1, it won't mix with 1.0

Fixed

  • The basket's contents no longer vanish when the scooter is destroyed
  • The rear lamps no longer sink into the body or clip the rear tires

1.0.0

First release

  • The Comfort-Glide CG-350 Elite: a buildable mobility scooter (hammer, Misc tab, 750 coins, 4 bronze, 6 leather scraps)
  • Car-style driving with a tortoise and a hare setting, reverse with a backup beep, and yes, a jump
  • Horn (tap or hold), turn signals, hazards, brake lights, and a headlight that comes on by itself at night
  • The headlight clears Mistlands mist in a cone ahead of you
  • Front basket storage
  • Rides through portals with you (the basket follows the portal's item rules)
  • Hare setting into a tree knocks it down
  • A charge meter on the dash, a flag that blows in the wind, and a motor that whines
  • Configurable keys, speeds, price and headlight range
