Wire's Smooth UI

Valheim hud but good. Features:

Dynamically hiding HUD, stuff shown only when you need it with smooth fading. (minimap is still always shown cus we always need it lol)
Added yellow circle reticle thingies for every ranged weapon/staff/whatever and it now has sine easing instead of linear
Sickass animations in the inventory and similar UIs.
