Valheim summoning staff mod.

• Troll summon changed to ON/OFF toggle.
• Troll duration changed to infinite while ON.
• Troll cooldown: 60 seconds, starts when summon turns ON.
• Skeleton cooldown: 30 seconds, starts when summon turns ON.
• Turning summons OFF does not start a new cooldown.
• Live summon count UI (current / max).
• ON/OFF state shown on summon icons.
• ON text is larger; OFF icons are darkened.
• Player summon animations are used for troll and skeleton casting.
• Summoned combat trolls and skeletons do not drop loot.
• Old troll corpse/ragdoll summon effect is cleaned up.
