Changes only to some monsters such as draugrs, dragons, blobs, ghosts, wraiths, goblins, with modifications of wolf bites, sound of guardian power, sword hit, axe hit, frost audio when takes ice damage, silvermace ice sledge hit sound, portal, opening the portal, critical hits (more gore).
