No more wind particles, 2 seperate toggles for the picels and the streaksNoMo Wind
Removes the 2 wind particles with 2 separate toggles that will live update.
This is not required on the server and the config are not server sync
Meant as a greylist mod for users that experience fps drops with ash particles
It works by changing the max particles to 0.
