First release. A rework of Teflon Ted's Craft From Chests.

• Same rules as the original for which chests count (20 m, chests you can open, wards respected, inventory first).
• Chests are tracked in a registry instead of a physics scan on every requirement check.
• The chest list is built at most once per frame and item counts are remembered per (item, quality) for that frame.
• The chest mode always closes, even if the game throws during a check.
• The closest chest is used first.
• F6 turns it on and off, with an on-screen message (English and Spanish).
• Marked as incompatible with the original mod, since both patch the same methods.
