You have felled trolls, dodged Deathsquitos in the Plains and ended up naked in a swamp more than once. You have earned a breather. Ragnaroll gives you something to roll in peace, provided you have a green thumb.
What awaits you
- Twenty-four strains. Haldor only sells a handful. The others, you will have to find.
- Each has its own character: an effect that changes the way you play, and a drawback.
- A green thumb takes practice, harvest after harvest.
- In moderation. Your eyelids will tell you when to stop.
Getting started
Go and see Haldor: he has a little deal for you. His seeds are bought like the rest of his wares, and planted with the cultivator, on tilled ground. On a world already well under way, the bosses will have to be defeated again before he offers more. Right-click a seed pack to open the strain's sheet, where you will find everything you have learned about it.
He also buys back whatever you do not smoke, no questions asked. For the rest, you are on your own.
Multiplayer
The server and every player must have the mod, at the same version. Otherwise the connection is refused with an explicit message: a player without the mod cannot see the plants, and can lose buds stored in a chest.
Settings come from the server, and only an admin can change them in game, except the language and the eyelids, which each player sets for themselves. The mod runs on dedicated servers, Windows and Linux alike.

Configuration Manager compatible.
Installation
With a mod manager: in r2modman, Gale or Thunderstore Mod Manager, install Ragnaroll, and its dependencies, BepInEx and Jötunn, come with it. In Vortex, install it from its Nexus Mods page, along with the two requirements listed there, BepInExPack Valheim and Jötunn.
By hand: install BepInExPack Valheim and Jötunn first, then put
Ragnaroll.dll in BepInEx/plugins/Ragnaroll/. The Nexus Mods archive already
has that layout: extract it into your Valheim folder. On a dedicated server, do
the same in the server's folder.
