Wooden Crossbow

A practice wooden crossbow/arbalest designed in the style of Valheim's vanilla wooden weapons.

The Wooden Crossbow serves as a low-damage training tool—ideal for practicing on Archery Targets to level up your Crossbow skill without destroying targets or wasting expensive high-tier bolts.

To preserve authentic game progression, the Wooden Crossbow requires both acquiring a vanilla crossbow (such as the Arbalest) and craft materials, including Mistlands-tier Yggdrasil Wood, to unlock the recipe at the Workbench.

Installation

Automatic (Recommended)

Install using a mod manager such as r2modman or Thunderstore Mod Manager.

Manual

1. Ensure you have BepInEx Pack for Valheim and Jötunn installed.
2. Download the latest release from Thunderstore or GitHub Releases.
3. Extract the contents into your Valheim/BepInEx/plugins/ directory.
