CultivatedGroundFix
Fixes cultivated ground that Tunnelheim reports as not cultivated, and lets PlantEasily place bushes on dug ground.Cultivated Ground Fix
Fixes the "requires cultivated soil" error on ground that looks cultivated when Tunnelheim is installed, and lets PlantEasily place bushes on dug ground.
The problem
Tunnelheim answers the game's "is this ground cultivated" check from the first paint mark it finds scanning down a 3 m column. Digging or flattening with the pickaxe can leave a stale dirt mark above the cultivated one. Because the cultivated mark is hidden beneath it, planting is refused. Cultivating again does not help: the new mark is placed at ground level, leaving the stale mark above it intact.
What this does
When Tunnelheim reports that ground is uncultivated, this mod checks paint marks within 1.5 m above and below the target point. If any mark in that range is cultivated, the check passes. It changes nothing else and does nothing without Tunnelheim installed.
Bushes on dug ground
With PlantEasily installed, bushes and other pickables are refused with "needs more room to grow" on ground dug with Tunnelheim. PlantEasily treats anything solid at the planting point as an obstacle, and Tunnelheim's dug ground is a solid collider. This mod allows the placement when the only thing in the way is Tunnelheim ground; a real obstacle still blocks it.
Install
Client-side only. Install it on every player's machine, especially anyone who plants or tends crops. The server does not need it.
Config
General / Enabled (default true): set to false to disable the cultivated-ground fix.
General / PickablesOnDugGround (default true): set to false to restore PlantEasily's check.
Limits
Because any cultivated mark within 1.5 m vertically counts, a dug-out floor directly over cultivated ground can register as cultivated. The mod reads Tunnelheim's internals by reflection; if an update renames them, the mod logs an error and disables itself.
