BetterBuyableScrap
Allows the player to purchase scrap. Now with paper. Designed for game version 082c_0011 but might work with some other versions as well. This is a remake of my first mod.

0.0.1 Remade the mod because editing an existing mod on the thunderstore is nigh impossible. I disliked the uncapitilized "S" in "scrap". Plus now I can do patch versions instead of major.
