tttminecraftb5 Ported from Garry's Mod but I mean also a Minecraft map, complete with NetherPool Day Map

- added teleports to most ladders, there's way too many, most inacessible
- added aquarium, lighthouse and main hub telerports
- currently no boat shop npc
- added Nether teleport
- lake & ocean fishing
