How to

Procure the necessary prop from your local gift shop
Press ctrl+p to deploy The Phantom
Press alt+p to bestow on a new/random target

Don't use The Phantom to make the game un-fun

Known issues

Occasionally targeting may be unable to find a valid target and will have no effect
Somehow, if your current target leaves the lobby you might become your target. Oops. Karma?
