How to

1. Procure the necessary prop from your local gift shop
2. Press ctrl+p to deploy The Phantom
3. Press alt+p to bestow on a new/random target
4. ?s?e?c?r?e?t?
5. Don't use The Phantom to make the game un-fun

Known issues

• Occasionally targeting may be unable to find a valid target and will have no effect
• Somehow, if your current target leaves the lobby you might become your target. Oops. Karma?
