Unofficial Webfishing Patch

This project aims to fix all remaining game issues and incomplete/unreleased content.

Reasonable limit for amount of props (chair, rock, etc.) placed 1 (or 2) -> 12
Users blocked on Steam are now also blocked in-game
Lobbies with a player cap higher than 12 are no longer hidden from the lobby browser list
Lobbies with more than 12 players are not marked as Modded
Fish with unusual sizes now have their size prefix and worth multiplier applied correctly
Guitar audio quality improvements, MIDI playback improvement
Adds safeguards against some networking-related crashes
Replaces the options entries for FPS, pixelization and view distance with more granular sliders
