Radios are now off by defaultDeadRadios
DeadRadios makes it so radios are off by default
Installation
Install with a mod manager, or place the DLL in:
BepInEx/plugins/DeadRadios/
Notes
DeadRadios only changes the default radio state when radios spawn.
If something turns a radio on later during gameplay, this mod does not prevent that.
