Choose Locker Contents

Adds a gamemode setting called "Preset Lockers" which lets you choose what will be in the lockers in the same way as you can in competitive. Stores stats separately like other vanilla gamemode settings (thus your normal locker contents will be unimpacted) and does not submit to the leaderboards.

Primarily exists because Lini-cuh wanted it lmao
