Better_Auto_Complete

This enhances the already existing autocorrect found in the command console opened with `Shift + `` to make it better
This uses the same TAB as the normal autocorrect, it has just been improved, it has the following functionalities:

• allows for cycling between commands that are similar to what you have typed
• Autocorrect with your words, i.e: if you type "hekp", it would autocomplete to help, this applies to any other command, even modded ones like those from Resourceful Hands
• You can now cycle between arguments for commands (e.g., loadlevels, spawnentity, addperk)
• This enables autocompletion for:
  • Level Names
  • Item Names
  • Entity Names
  • Perk Names
