Known issues

Flashlight glow is offset
Flashlight face isn't smaller
Flashlight is mysteriously normal sized for 1 animation frame
Sam's cigarette is a bit spaced out
Flaregun smoke is offset

Notes are blank ⋅⋅⋅⋅* (this is a bug with the Transparency Addon not this mod)
Rebar hands are placed slightly inaccurately ⋅⋅⋅⋅* (if it's good enough for vanilla, it's good enough for me)
Hands are slightly offset a random amount when dropping items ⋅⋅⋅⋅* (this is a vanilla feature that's more noticeable due to the size change)
