Severons Perks

Adds a few new perks to the game. They are added as a fourth option and do not dilute the default pool. Adds a new kind of perk to the Abyss terminal. The list for the Rho Gifts is not complete, but bring different perks in combination with Overwhelm when you get to the Abyss on each run. THE PERKS MUST BE PURCHASED WITH OVERWHELM. There are 15 of these perks to discover at the moment. For my favorite perk of the Rho Gifts, take Pulse Organ to Rho.

There are also perks added to the console that are meant to be used for challenges or are just fun but unbalanced. These will be expanded upon.

Balance is a lie invented by the government (fr though my discord is severon_the_dragon, I would love balance feedback and perk ideas)

All Normal Perks are now stackable.

Normal (To be expanded):

Trained Soldier: Weapons are used and reloaded faster

Item Recycling: Items have a 30% chance to not be destroyed

Promotion Deal: Gain 2 random food items when spending roaches

Floatation Device: Gravity slowly decreases up to -35% while not grounded.

Running Jump: Jump height and speed is increased while running while grounded

Acrobatic Leap: Jumps can be chained for higher jump height.

Pike Shoes: You have one wall jump that refreshes on climbing or landing.

Experimental (To be expanded):

Melting Body: 100% Reach, -100% climbing

Gluteus Maximus: +50% jump height, +35% gravity

Grub Transformation: Climb anywhere. Your jump height depletes with your stamina. (No longer a death sentence as it was before)

Heavy Handed: Weapons are much slower, but have greatly increased recoil.
