White Knuckle - Post-process toggle

lets you turn off all post processing (bloom, motion blur, depth of field, and like some fourth one) from settings
yeah thats pretty much it
good if your computer is bad???
Requires HideManagerGameObject (or whatever it was called) enabled in config
