Mod that makes count outs work more like traditional wrestling

Features

-Resetting count out to 1 when a wrestler leaves ring for all wrestlers

-Shouldn't freeze timer for a wrestler in a submission hold.

-Can seem a little off at point it resets both wrestlers to a 1 count. But otherwise should do as it says

-Known bug, sometimes it can count twice quickly for one wrestler which gets the counts out of sync, normally the count after catches up for the one behind but sometimes it doesn't. Seems to be an issue with way Dicke programmed the counting to work don't think there is much I can do to fix it.
