PayLink Mobile Bank

This is a mod to have rupees sent to the bank when your wallet is full. Also provide QoL to deposit and withdraw without the need of returning to Clock Town. Tatl will also notify you when you have reached a deposit reward.

Mobile Bank functions as follows:

Holding L+A will send rupees from wallet to bank.
Holding L+B will send rupees from bank to wallet.
Pressing L+R will reset bank to 10 less than your most recent reward notification.
- This helps make the deposit rewards easily obtainable if they were skipped from receiving too much.
- Once you have received the 3rd notification, bank reset will only revert to 990 when bank is above 1000.

Plans for future implementation:

Make it where you are given the rewards automatically from wherever, but current functions limit this capability.
