How to use

On first game load every skill will have an "enable config" config. They do not appear in Risk of Options menu. Close the game and start enabling what skills you want to configure, after that launch the game and all enabled skills to configure will have all available skill configurations. These configs do appear in Risk of Options menu.

Skill Configurations

Base Recharge Interval: How long it takes for this skill to recharge after being used.

Base Max Stock: Maximum number of charges this skill can carry.

Recharge Stock: How much stock to restore on a recharge.

Required Stock: How much stock is required to activate this skill.

Stock To Consume: How much stock to deduct when the skill is activated.

Attack Speed Buffs Restock Speed: Makes the skill restock interval divided by attack speed if checked.

Attack Speed Buffs Restock Speed Multiplier: Increases the efficacy (this is how it is written in the game code) of attack speed on restock time.

Reset Cooldown Timer On Use: Whether or not it resets any progress on cooldowns.

Full Restock On Assign: Whether or not to fully restock this skill when it's assigned.

Dont Allow Past Max Stocks: Whether or not this skill can hold past it's maximum stock.

Begin Skill Colldown On Skill End: Whether or not the cooldown waits until it leaves the set state.

Is Cooldown Blocked Until Manually Reset: Whether or not the skill is blocked from being used until it is manually reset.

Cancel Sprinting On Activation: Whether or not activating the skill forces off sprinting.

Force Sprint During State: Whether or not this skill is considered 'mobility'. Currently just forces sprint.

Canceled From Sprinting: Whether or not sprinting sets the skill's state to be reset.

Is Combat Skill: Whether or not this is considered a combat skill.

Must Key Press: The skill can't be activated if the key is held.

Triggered By Press Release: Can this skill be triggered by an key release event?

Auto Handle Luminous Shot: If true, CharacterBody handles LuminiousShot buffs. If false, the skill must handle it.

Suppress Skill Activation: If true, CharacterBody.OnSkillActivated will not be called.
