Tips
- For survivors that don't have stocks to their skills, such as
Commando's 
Double Tap, it effectively grants one free stack since those stocks are never consumed. - Due to the way this item works, it becomes less effective the further you are into the run, as
Backup Magazines, 
Hardlight Afterburners, and 
Lysate Cells increase the effective cooldown time of this item.
