ConfigurableCooldowns

Through this mod's config, you can adjust the cooldowns of all vanilla abilities. Setting an ability's cooldown to "0" will tell the mod to ignore that ability and leave it with the default cooldown. If you wish to give an ability no cooldown, you can set its cooldown to a negative number. There is also an option to enable/disable the customization of cooldowns per survivor. When the config is first generated, all ability cooldowns are set to "0" (vanilla default), and ability customization is enabled for every survivor.
