Reduces the game's physics update rate to improve performance. No noticeable impact on gameplay mechanics, but a small to noticeable boost in performance.vaniller updates everything but graphics and input at 60 fps, this reduces it to 51 (why 51 and not 50!?!?! ..cause mando m1,,)
