README
Increases Arrow Rain proc coefficient from 0.2 to 0.7 so that it can at least excel with Bleed instead of being a direct downgrade to Ballista in every way.
Host-based. The mod only works if the host has it, but clients do not need the mod.
Installation
Place ArrowRainBuff.dll in /Risk of Rain 2/BepInEx/plugins/
