Adds the Artifact of Warfare, which boosts monster movement speed, attack speed, and projectile speed by 2x. Move speed changes don't affect Mitchell by default because they break his AI and make him unable to hit you with his melee attacks, but you can enable this in the config if you want.

Installation
Place ArtifactOfWar.dll in /Risk of Rain 2/BepInEx/plugins/ Settings can be changed in BepInEx/config/com.Moffein.ArtifactOfWar.cfg
