Makes it so that the bubble shield generated from Engineer's base utility protects you from void fog effects while inside.
#Whats with the Name?
It's a bubble,filled with it's own atmosphere.
Also the game kinda heavily implies that "void fog" is actually an artificial vacuum.
#Why?
Felt appropriate.
