Fabricators are a rework for Adaptive Chests for 2R4R, made to be better suited to 2R4R's more energetic gameplay

Fabricators
- Reworked interactable: Adaptive Chest
- No longer shows many items in rapid succession
- Common Fabricators have an initial cost of $30
- Once activated, Common Fabricators will show a random COMMON item for up to 3 seconds.
- If purchased again, the Fabricator will charge another $30, then drop two copies of the displayed item
- If not purchased again, the displayed item will "decay" into a Common scrap, then the Fabricator will spit out two copies of that scrap for free.
