Overview
Old Guillotine:
- Reworked to be a passive equipment. Executed elites have a high chance to drop their aspect
Elite Stats:
- Reduced T1 elite damage multiplier: 2x -> 1.5x
- Reduced T1 elite health multiplier: 4x -> 3x
- Reduced T1 (weak) elite health multiplier: 3x -> 2x
- Reduced T1.5 elite damage multiplier: 2.5x -> 2x
- Reduced T1.5 elite health multiplier: 5x -> 4x
- Reduced T2 elite damage multiplier: 6x -> 4x
- Reduced T2 elite health multiplier: 8x -> 9x
Blazing:
- Increased fire trail damage: 150%xBASE -> 80xLEVEL
- Increased fire trail size: 3 -> 6
Mending:
- Replaced healing with barrier
Overloading:
- On kill, now create lightning strikes that target nearby enemies to the Elite for 1000% base damage, plus 500% for every additional strike
- Reduced shield conversion rate: 50% -> 33%
- Lightning stakes no longer stick to players
- Increased lighning stake blast radius:
- Increased lightning stake damage coefficient:
Voidtouched:
- No longer Collapse on hit, instead having a chance to add a Nullify stack for 12 seconds
- On kill, now create a void singularity that temporarily draws in nearby enemies
