Proc Solver fixes a major damage bug that nobody else has fixed on such a scale.

Proc Solver dramatically improves endgame performance and balance with just one fix.

If I get hired to work on ROR2, this would be the mod I pitch to implement officially!

ProcSolver

- Caps proc chain length at 3 for chains initiated by a skill or equipment.
- Caps proc chain length at 1 for chains initiated by an item (autoplay).
- Reduces proc chain rate in proc chains initiated by a skill or equipment to 100%.
- Reduces proc chain rate in proc chains initiated by an item (autoplay) to 50%.
