FULLY CONFIGURABLE - Dynamic jumps and jump item reworks. Hopoo feather no longer increases jumps on stack, but more items give jumps.Changes:

Hopoo Feather rework:
Gain a jump. Jumping gives a small, decaying boost in movement speed.
Mired Urn rework:
Gain two jumps. While in combat, jumping fires tar balls.
Headstompers rework:
Gain three jumps. Your last jump is extra high (instead of the first). Hold interact to slam.
